I read another account where he came back and apologized and bought the nursing staff lunch.
This seems to be evil HR shenanigans.

you don't know a lot of Asians then...
my in-laws are some of the biggest Trump apologists i know... more so than my parents, who are white... most of my wife's friends and their families (Vietnamese) are all outspoken Trump supporters...

The Asians are educated by whom?

I think its generational. FOBs are usually conservative. Their children born here live a way better life than they did (think most Viets, Chinese, Indians, etc.) and are usually educated in urban environments. My Korean grandmother made damn sure you knew she wasn't a communist in her broken English. Having said that most of children/grandchildren are fairly conservative but we all grew up in the south - most of us in the deep south.

Vietnamese are an outlier of sorts, especially if their immigration was to the south. They're a very tiny % of total Asians in the US by population, also.

In a time where personal social ideologies are often celebrated, especially if they align with popular progressive topics, I simply aimed to stand up for what is right. They tried to shut me up, but they’re not going to.” -

She made a mistake when she posted a negative comment about her employer and Dr. on social (shite) media. Thats a huge NO-NO. Instant grounds for termination. Not exactly sure why, but every time a nurse posts a negative comment about their employer on FB, and the like, they are instantly fired. Even though everything they've said is true.
She should have just filed a complaint with administration and be done with it. Although they almost certainly wouldn't have done shite.

She was right to call him out.
She was wrong to post about it on social media.
The latter is what got her in trouble, as per the note from the union.
I applaud her stance, but (as usual) social media is where this went pear shaped.

No, just educated.
No they're smart. Higher IQs than whites in the US.
*ETA: white includes Jewish people, too. If you separated Jews from white, the gap between Asians and white would be larger.

“Meet Lexi Kuenzle.
She’s one of the good ones.
Yesterday, in front of a nurses station — with 8 (eight) nurses & a PATIENT —
Dr. Matthew Jung said in front of everyone,
“I hate Charlie Kirk. He had it coming. He deserved it.”
Lexi, a registered nurse, was the ONLY one that spoke up: “You’re a doctor. How could you say someone deserved to die.”
Lexi said you could hear a pin drop & no one said anything, including the patient.
She reported the incident to management & — after she got home — posted about it & Dr. Matthew Jung on her private Instagram.
She received an email from her union representative saying that she needs to look for another job.
Lexi was also pulled into a meeting & is suspended without pay indefinitely pending an investigation.
Meanwhile, there’s no information on whether or not Dr. Matthew Jung is being reprimanded.
Lexi has filed a lawsuit.
I interviewed her over the phone & she said,
“I was deeply saddened over the assassination of Charlie Kirk. It was devastating to hear of the killing of an innocent father and I thought everyone would agree — especially a doctor whose purpose is to save lives.
In a time where personal social ideologies are often celebrated, especially if they align with popular progressive topics, I simply aimed to stand up for what is right. They tried to shut me up, but they’re not going to.”
Lexi hopes you will share her story & that’s why I’m sharing it with you.
The fact also remains that Dr. Matthew Jung should be held accountable for saying “Charlie deserved it” in front of a nurses station & a PATIENT.
What if the patient disagrees? Would Dr. Matthew Jung treat them? Would he treat them differently? Would he allow his emotions to cloud his judgement, as he did by saying such a statement in front of a patient?
This happened at Englewood Hospital in New Jersey.

My stay in a Northern hospital marked by not being vaccinated during COVID exposed me to these types of Doctors and bad nurses.
A preconceived notion and profile of my southern manners, vaccination status, and the use of prayer to aid me in my recovery and to protect from evil intentions from some of my caregivers made me a target.
A Christian nurse chased off two nurses in respirator masks and those ridiculous face shields that were berating me for being unvaccinated.
There is a battle of good versus evil going on everywhere. When evil shows its face, especially in a medical setting, it has to be removed for obvious reasons.
My Christian nurse that encouraged prayer and even prayed for me was removed from my case.
When she was on duty, even though not assigned to me, she checked on me. She updated my meds and gave me my treatment prodicals.
There was a similar argument at the nurses station of a nurse being yelled at to neglect my care but she insisted that whatever her personal feelings, she was not going to harm me.
She too, got taken off my case. I would hope the DOJ and the FBI not only look into Lexi’s case but the many civil rights violations in hospitals during COVID directed at unvaccinated patients and some of the caregivers that were harassed for trying to do the right thing for their patients.
She’s one of the good ones.
