Or the couple last year who were biking around the world and filming it to prove that we're all just people and you can be safe anywhere and don't let the media scare you, etc. etc.
They filmed an ISIS group in Tajikistan who then turned around and ran them off the road and stabbed them to death.

Retrospectively, I really don’t get the Conan photo. Conan really isn’t a hardcore leftist or at least doesn’t let that show. He strikes me as a moderate.

Eh, I’ve actually been to that area around Toukbal where that happened. It’s pretty safe, very nice, and has quite a few Westerners putzing around. Nothing like Tajikistan or, God forbid, Somalia.
The Moroccan government doesn’t frick around with jihadis. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
