Oh come on.
It was nothing more than the country still not being willing to accept a black woman as President. Even to the extent of voting for an actual felon over her.
So the next D nominee will not be a black woman.
With the recent election, we saw a preview of next year's congressional mid term election. And that will be a preview of the next presidential election. Politics is like a pendulum and the momentum has already shifted, even if many don't realize it.

Is it the old school Democrat ideas?
I mean let us be honest. Trump was a Dem most of his life. Dems loved him up until 2012 or so. His views and what he is trying to do is almost part and parcel of what the Dems wanted to do in the 1990s. Did you hate those ideas then?
Earlier you said meet in the middle. I think it is pretty sad when olf school Dem idea, which were considered just about middle somewhere around 30 years ago, are now considered "far right". Don't you feel that way as well?
Also remember, Trump has many ex-Dems in his personal circle. All of which left the Dem Party because it is no longer the party of the sane and they see the current admin as being much closer to core Dem values.

This is a big lie. Professional militaries, paid by the state, have been around for over 2000 years. It is not now nor has it ever been part of socialism.
