So ACB and Roberts voted with the Marxists?

That's a disingenuous post.
They can accept mail in ballots after Election Day provided they were postmarked BY election day.
Not you OP, but Sortor.

Are you suggesting the post office couldn’t back date mail received after Election Day especially in the usual areas where known fraud takes place?

No, it's not disingenuous. People who are stealing elections aren't concerned with silly things like spoofing a postmark.

True but this makes it much difficult to prevent steals.

Yes, it is.
He didn't provide the full quote. So rabble rabble will run with it.
I don't agree with the ruling either but that's not the point of this discussion.

They would count them regardless of this ruling or spoofing. Once ballots are separated from envelopes, they aren’t traceable…which is the entire point.
Edit: and they won’t allow audits or investigations.

Not at all.
We pack the court.

What full quote changes his description?

Postmarked by election day means they can still figure out how many votes they need.
ACB is such a disappointment.

The joke is on Sortor; the SAVE America Act doesn't address this issue. Unless there was an amendment Im not aware of, which is possible.

ACB cannot make law. This is on Congress.

Funny how many conservatives want activist judges as long as they support conservative causes...

What do you do besides post on message boards all day? You sound like a very productive member of society.

Some times you have crack a few eggs.
So the other justices in favor are wrong?

Military ballots are always allowed after election day. WAS MAIL IN BALLOTS defined?
Posted on 6/29/26 at 10:07 am to Covingtontiger77
We don’t have Election Day anymore. We have election season. It’s totally ridiculous!

The full quote does not change the intent of Sortor's message. Post marks have always been in place and did nothing. Adding it makes no difference in this case.
