100% Solved.
Most remember this as the Ferals most heavily investigated, prosecuted mass shooting case in US history. Took a while, but thanks to dedicated professionals and coordinated hard work of thousands, the entire plot and all the perps were brought to justice and a mass conspiracy was smashed. It could be called the finest modern example of LE integrity and justice being served on record.

Considering that no EO from POTUS could do either of those things, that would be a pretty stupid plan. Besides, apparently the plan is so bad that the casual internet observer picked up on it.

Explain, using plain English with conventional formatting, why the LV shooting just “had” to be a conspiracy and couldn’t have been carried out exactly as reported.
Just for those of us who are not as enlightened as you. Not looking to argue. Plainly lay it out with no innuendo or snide implications.

Immediately after the so called shooter was neutralized, one of the first responders took images inside the room where the shooter was shot dead.
Tons of shell casings were covering the carpet. In a close up image of the shooter, several spent casings were surrounded by the shooters blood, and still others were found to be on top of the shooters blood.
How exactly, if there were only one shooter, could the shooter fire a weapon and the casing land on top of his own blood?

And as to the OP, do people who are trying to run from a scene of a crime usually want to try and get away carrying a rifle or would it make more sense to drop it and GTFO as soon as possilbe without being noticed?

If you're wounded, you bleed. If you're wounded, you're not dead. If you've been trained to stop a threat, you train to keep firing after being wounded.
Casings can also land on top of tables and chairs. When you're wounded and on the ground, you might kick a table or chair.
I've had casings wedge into my eye protection. If I were to be wounded and fall, I totally understand how a casing may dislodge and fall into my own blood.

That is the rub. We never have gotten a straightforward answer about the timeline surrounding the LV shooting.
For instance, why did it take over an hour for a tactical unit to breach the room of the shooter after the shooting was first reported to LEO? Officers tarried outside the room after the room of the shooter had been positively identified and it was still an active shooter scenario.
