Where/when did he claim to be head coach of Mankato? That would be a big deal.

OP OVEREAS has 5 posts so how much are you getting to post for the REMOVED "Coach" due to DWI conviction or are you a troll AL robot for the Harris/Walz team debacle?

I'll give him a pass on this one IF he was actually actively involved with the team in any way on that State Championship season. Being coach of Freshman team doesn't cut it, but if he was involved with practices and game planning in any way, it is OK for it to be referenced in his 'accomplishments' - Now he could lose that attribution if he overplays his participation - but just to have it in his bio is not a 'deadly sin' - like the claim of "command master sergeant in combat.'

Why does the sign just say Coach and not Head Coach?

Most often I never comment, but a defensive coordinator for a team is allowed to be called coach, kids call coaches coach because they coach, Every coach is called coach. My elementary school kid calls the high school kids that help out coach. If TigerDropping has lost the thread on football, even on this board, it;s fallen hard.

Bc thats not the lingo...

"the old ball coach"

"coach prime"

The leader is considered "Coach" and everyone else is assistant or coordinator.

They are selling him as something he apparently wasn't.

Can you please provide a link to a campaign advertisement, quote in an article or video showing where he claimed to be the head coach?

Waltz stated he was HEAD coach. Now you can get back to your feelings.

Where and when? At his introduction, neither Harris nor he referred to him as a head coach, they talked about his role as an assistant coach though.
