Just dissolve USAID. It is under the executive branch. They can try to fund a non-existent entity if they want.

Describe the transparency you are looking for. This sounds like a general complaint being pushed by MSM with no specifics.
Outline the limits of his authority and power

not.
Make his talk to the government oversight committee.

See this is what I mean. Y'all called biden "the turnip", but then y'all call Trump "the trump". I had every right to be confused.

the idea that we can trust billionaires because they’re rich is laughable.
I'm sure Elon would not turn down more money but that man is trying to save the world right now by getting our budget under control. Most people don't have any idea how close we are to bankruptcy and the misery that would follow. If the US can't fund our military the entire world would erupt in chaos. 100s of millions would die. And Elon knows that too. It's why he bought Twitter and why he's working for free on DOGE.

This is why Trump need to hammer the issue in his SOTU on 3/4.
My administration has laid bare the utter corruption and waste of USAID and other agencies/departments - however, under the current proposed CR, all of them will be fully funded. This is insanity.

When will see some of these corrupted people arrested and removed from Congress? That will shake up the numbers I am sure.

Why are you (collective) constantly making shite up and attributing it to your "enemies"? Are you just incapable of telling the truth?

You know this answer.
He has unfettered access (read only) to the data and systems with the purpose of conducting an audit.
He has no power to do anything else.
quote:
what does he have access to
Everything his boss gives him access to.

what is he doing to protect our information
This isn’t an even remotely believable concern. The security if your info is exactly what it is always been.

POTUS

Congress can attempt to do this if it wants. Does congress want this? Who is demanding this if not congress? There is no other authority.

i get so many responses that i’m lying or making stuff up and rarely does it actually say what I am lying about or making up.

you mean like a capitalist economy is supposed to work? You think Trump is going to give an exclusive to Elon Musk?
We dont have a say when the Government funds things but we do have a say over where we spend our money. Dont like it, dont buy it

the USPS loses money because of their Pension Fund obligations, not the services revenue

I dont really care about USAID spending but does he have this level of power with the department of transportation? Does that not concern you when he makes his money selling cars and building or not building huperloops?
you are seriously grasping at straws here.
how does showing the public where their tax dollars go have anything to do with what Musk and his companies do in the public sector? If there is any quid pro quo for Musk dont you think the MSM will screech like barn owls?

I’ll agree.IIRC, a postal service is one of the services that the federal government provides and why should it be required to be profitable, when so many agencies are not.
However, I see no problem with adjusting postage prices for bulk mail and other junk that fill our mail boxes. IMO- invoice, bills, legal documents, personal correspondence should be affordable; other mail outs not so much, cut losses by reducing volume

the contractors for DOGE are programmers that are working with Treasury employees to write code for expenditure reports
this is nothing new, what is new is the public disclosures of what they are finding
quote:
who gets to decide what documents he has access to or

they are looking at the expenditures list, and auditing the payments to LLCs, NGOs, Corporations, Charities, Governments
they arent looking at the IRS and the tax rolls

1. Thanks for a very general statement that doesn’t really provide any transparency to methods or what Trump minor isn’t allowing him to look at.
2. My concern for security of this information is the same, but before the president wasn’t actively letting a random citizen look at everything with Big Balls.
3. Do you think there should be government oversight? Because the Government Oversight Committee just tables a request to have Elon Musk come talk to them about what he’s doing.

And you’ve moved the goalposts into methods.
You don’t get to view the methods. Generally, you know he’s doing highly sophisticated work, almost assuredly AI based in part, to conduct an audit at a pace this world has never seen.

The president isn’t allowing any random citizen look at the data. These people are background checked and have agreed to confidentiality in the exact same way all employees and contractors with access would.
Again, this is obviously a faux concern. Your decision to double down on this dishonesty is noted.

#1, you are requesting oversight of a program of government oversight.
#2, if all you have is your personal opinion that you want him in front of congress…when congress itself hasn’t said it wants him in front of congress, you have no valid complaint.

they wrote code for an NGO discovery and found 55,000+ NGOs in the Treasury data base
then they wrote code to follow Treasury expenditures through the 55,000 NGOs
then they wrote code to create Fractal Maps to illustrate the pathways of the money through the NGO fields
then they released the info from the Fractal Maps
this used to be done with LLCs, the CIA gets money from State and then money is Laundered through LLCs all over the world until it reaches its destination
with BHO and Biden the USAID organization abuse and corruption got too wide and expanded to the point that it has burst
the code these guys are writing is not the story, releasing to the public what they find is the story. This is the greatest money laundering scandal of all time
just wait until they get to audit Defense and Medical expenditures
Medicare fraud alone will laugh at the USAID findings

no dipshit
that’s what’s transparency means
you can say “oh i’m just going over the numbers”
transparency is being look look at how I am only allowed to go over the numbers and the various protections we have in place to make sure senstafice matters of national security can’t be looked at by a SpaceX intern.
