the interns from SpaceX just wrote the audit code and generated the reports, they dont have any special insight into the data or what it all means

DOGE are just running audit programs, the balls of the POTUS to order the Treasury Secretary to release the findings is what is different
DOGE is just a fancy presentation of an independent contractor running a government expenditure audit

from what I understand, Rubio can put in for whatever he wants for the USAID budget figure
he is trimming down the personnel from 14,000 to 294. So my guess is the budget request for USAID will be a fraction of what it has been
