The lower salaries, the unionized advancement.
The Pension, free from any investment requirement.
It's not the gold standard for most.

You probably don't have a plan B.

If you’ve ever worked at a large gov’t facility, you’d know there are floors dedicated for certain workers where zero work is actually done.

I don't quite believe this number. If it were ALL governments (state, county, municipal, and school districts), then I'd definitely believe it. There are so many black women with degrees, many of them bullshite from bullshite schools, that I don't think that the FedGov could possibly absorb 65% of all of them.

You think LESS Fat Black women in government jobs are bad for blacks? Trump and the dismantling of DEI are the best thing to happen to black peeps this century. Lowering the bar is the worst thing for that cross section.

AI says 12% are black women federally employed with the number 7% of total workforce.Since the federal number is also represented in the 7% you can assume employed not in the fed govt is around 5%, meaning they are WAY over represented in the fed govt.
And yes concentrated in education, urban development and dei departments.
We always hear about percentages and how, regardless of merit they must represent X percentage.
Sounds like those "percentage" quotas are biting them in the arse.
