So Constitutional carry fails but keeping girls sports for girls passes..

How we feel'n about the special session?
If the House does it's job and over turns the vote on boys trying to set records on girls sports I'll call it a win.
I read through some of the other 20 something vetoes and meh, I see why only carry and chicks with dicks gets mentioned.

The sheriffs and police organizations are a powerful lobby group. Trans teens have no powerful influence.
The teen tranny issue could have been handled by the LHAA.

According to the FILTH, there is no need for this law because we haven't had one instance in Louisiana of a mentally ill male who pretends he's a girl trying to compete against girls. Therefore, there is absolutely no need for this legislation.
Okay -- Since this isn't a problem and no FREAK has tried to compete against girls, then what's the harm in passing it when it doesn't affect anyone?

I'd call it a sweet victory for common sense.
There's enough evidence over the last year or two to support that allowing biological males to compete in female sports degrades the competitiveness of the female sport and I suspect the biologicals female athletes moral in those sports as well.
The needs of the many out weight the needs of the few.

Its not a special session, it's a veto session. You can't bring up new bills during a veto session.

Even if the tranny bill override fails, nothing will change. Existing LHSAA policies already effectively ban trans athletes in high school sports.
