Well Latoya said no football in her city In phase 2. Worst part is she really believes she has the power to stop the Saints. Jennifer Avagno will be requiring the players to wear mask and tackling will be disallowed.

This will be just like a chemical release from a plant/facility. Never goes beyond the fence line.

Covid will magically disappear come Nov 3.

Eta: to answer your question, doubt he eases up on anything because now he can claim no testing because of Laura so lets continue to be safe until we know for sure.

What he should do: Put each parish in control over themselves. There is no fricking reason to have 9 sectors. Lets go parish by parish. Let parish presidents and mayors decide what's best for their constituents.

What he will do (most likely): move us into phase 3 and allow for football and sports to begin, but he still gives a big frick YOU to bar owners and employees out there.

I'm in the bar business and its fricking ridiculous.

Thats exactly what i was thinking too. Lets get testing done
after all the Labor Day festivities and see where we at about 2 weeks after Labor Day then i will decide which direction we go in.

So you want to do a bunch more tests which will obviously mean more cases because more tests and then you want to see if you get more cases.

This is exactly what is wrong.

No. Don't get tests done unless you need to.

Thats not what i want thats what i think he will say. He will say we need more tests because we have been shut down since Hurricane Laura and he will want tests after Labor Day to see if the public did the right thing by not congragating.

He’s not opening bars after winning his 2nd judgement to keep them closed on 8/21

He may open up capacity at businesses / restaurants but I think that’s it, he will use Labor Day & hurricane as an excuse to stay where we are another 2 weeks

NC did 2.5. I am sure that is all JBE will have the courage to do. Dems are invertebrates.

He's not moving to phase 3 without the "data" from labor day weekend, which he doesn't have yet.
