The only chance we have to fix it without actual violence is if USAID/DOGE stops the flow of incendiary media to the DNC base and the “expert” class stops telling them the world is going to end if we don’t get the right out of the way so we can fix climate change / racism / patriarchy/ etc.

IF one could reason with these paid lunatics, I would agree with you. Therefore, my solution is to use savings from DOGE to proceed with building the camps.

IF these people actually cared about the United States of America, they would not be progressive democrats in today's world.

I had one say it’s not domestic terrorism, but rather a “correction”.

It is, by definition, vandalism, right?

Are you arguing the Tesla vandalism, not the car keying but the firebombing of cars/dealerships is not a form of terrorism?

What's the difference between that and abortion clinic bombings? Both are using violence to affect political decisions.

It is, but saying that is not an adequate level of virtue signaling. You MUST call it "terrorism."

They overlook the "intent" element of a terrorism charge. Good luck meeting that burden BRD.

Intent to do what is the burden?

So, in your view, what is the "intent" if it's not intimidation to influence. Because, to me it seems very similar to activities done by the mob to influence people to make the "right decision".

firebombing
I tend to reserve that word for things like Tokyo and Dresden.

Let's be clear. Setting fires (arson) at those dealerships is illegal ... felonious ... and should absolutely be prosecuted The question is whether it rises tot the level of "terrorism."

I tend to think that calling it "terrorism" is a lot like calling J-6 an "insurrection." It just does not rise to that level, IMO. Both were LARPing gone too far ... and criminal. Both should be prosecuted on that basis.

Well, there is this:

LINK

quote:

Cuomo told his viewers. "And please, show me where it says protesters are supposed to be polite and peaceful.

"Yeah it's not like the First Amendment specifies our rights as 'peaceably to assemble,'" The Federalist publisher Ben Domenech quipped.

Ironic using fossil fuel to burn an electric car. Without the fossil fuel what would they have done? Matches and news paper?

Is just an example of "serious vandalism". That's a direct quote.

I wouldnt even have an acquaintance that is this type of person.

I have friends that support the wrong side but they dont support people vandalizing other peoples property.

Definition of terrorism from FEMA "the use of force or violence against persons or property in violation of the criminal laws of the United States for purposes of intimidation, coercion, or ransom". Pretty sure that fits it too a tee.

They certainly 'asserted' that burning, destroying and looting our cities [including the building I work in] was just protected speech.

So funny how far you go.
