Did the FBI sit on the story? It would appear so. Was their intent to help Biden OR simply to avoid the APPEARANCE of trying to influence the election? I have not followed the story closely-enough to have a strong opinion on the matter, but I certainly acknowledge that either is a realistic possibility.
If ranking FBI personnel DID nix the investigation with an intent to assist Biden OR to hurt Trump, he should answer for it.
