It’s why I only have white male dentists and doctors. I know DEI didn’t play a role. Strictly brains. It’s their system, not mine.

If your pilot is a woman 90% of the time you’re in for a shitty bumpy ride. They literally suck

Look people are going to have to needlessly die for diversity. It’s about giving people a voice.

Delta is advertising this on local Atlanta radio.
The Delta Air Lines Foundation is providing a $2.5 million grant to Middle Georgia State University (MGA) to fund scholarships for eligible Clayton County students, covering up to full tuition, fees, and flight instruction. This initiative, supporting the MGA School of Aviation, targets students interested in pilot careers.
Clayton County is a 70% black county on the south side of Atlanta. You might notice the obvious. ONLY Clayton County students are eligible for this program.

There is a high school somewhere that focuses on aviation. Believe there are a lot of minorities in it as well.

6 total incidents
I would love to know what his definition of factor is in relation to his study too.

You only have to look back to that girl boss chopper pilot that flew her helicopter into an airliner over the Potomac. The military is eaten up with it too.

A woman flew that helicopter into that plane on approach to Reagan National Airport in DC.
And a woman hit the icy runway so hard she flipped that Delta plane on the runway in Toronto.

Dipshit progstain would read this and think “only 10%!?! We need to pump those numbers up!!!”

Do you deny this makes us stronger?

Haven't flown in years and not planning on doing it anytime soon.

Some commie anchored the thread too.

People just don’t get how strong this makes us. Why can’t they see it? More people forced into pilot seats and operating rooms, the stronger we become. Competence is just a buzz word to make us weaker.

We should get all the data (training hours, service hours, military background, gender, ethnicity, etc…) of the pilots ahead of time when we book our flights so we can select pilots like we do seats. Some would pay more to fly with pilots of their choice. Feel free to put your life on the line for a discount with a DEI or otherwise less experienced pilot.

But by then I guess we'll have robot pilots. Maybe this is just a ploy to get people to accept that.
