So, who will everyone blame after the boomers are gone?

“ I know a lot of people blame Biden for Afghanistan, but the fact is that Trump negotiated that deal, and I give Trump credit for actually ending that quagmire.”
The way Afghanistan went down was not how it was negotiated.

Bush didn't care about Muslim migration because he grew up on Middle Eastern oil fields

Is astronomical debt, perpetual war, and the decline of American civilization the legacy of that generation?
Boomers want to blame later generations, but they've been clinging to power through all of these decades.

The OP is mistaken the life we had before the internet and esp after smart phones came on the scene and the one before. The one before had problems we just did not hear about every single one all the time non-stop.
The net has made us oriented the bad/negative over being a place where information and ideas are exchanged.

Careful. They get pissy when you call them out. They're like women.

America was united after 9/11
9/11 was an inside job to cover up the money laundering and mishandling of billions of dollars from the perpetual war machine to then turn around and be used to continue the perpetual war machine.
As it was stated, we were united in ignorance.

Why do people keep saying this? The debris hadn’t even stopped falling before the Marxists and Democrats were starting in with the “We’re at fault! We brought this on ourselves!” bullshite that is the hallmark of the Hate America crowd.
Right after, we were probably as united as a nation as we had been since Dec, 1941.
For about a month.

My uncle was a teenager in the early 60's and he totally agrees with me that the 80's and 90's was peak America.

Pretty much, except for the bomb.
Retreating from Afghanistan was never going to be pretty, that's why Bush and Obama were too scared to withdraw. The best way was to have one president negotiate the terms, and the next execute the plan. Biden can take all the blame, I don't care, we got out.
The loss of life at the airport was tragic, but what no one ever seems to want to mention is that more soldiers died in Afghanistan under Trump than under Biden.

You must have not been old enough to remember the early 80s thru late 80's. That was the greatest time in history for my generation Gen X, it did carry over to about '91 when Bush put us in a recession, although i despise Clinton he wasn't dividing America( he did put NAFTA in motion which drove much of manufacturing to Canada & Mex, a bad deal).
What a country it might have been had Perot won!!!
