How so?
I’m not saying she is or isn’t , I’m genuinely curious

Kraken surely to be released now, right?
Posted on 12/8/24 at 7:57 pm to Jack Daniel
Powell pleads guilty in Georgia case and agrees to testify against Donald Trump.
This is how she is a turncoat...she jumped off the ship like a rat....released no kracken but made shite tons of money off of people through donations to help her expose the steal. I was a fan...no more.

We know, we know...it's still real to you.
Ask Gen. Flynn how much of a turncoat she is.

It is on the same wavelength as the release status of the Kraken.
IIRC, in one of these cases she testified that there was never a Kraken and no reasonable person should have believed her.

The appeal ruling dissolved basically any way to tie this in a "lawfare"

even though this happened in April she was still required to provide all her finances to Dominion's lawyers (the voting machine people, not O&G company) by Dec. 6th. Which is why April and Dec are relevant.
The 2 don't seem very related at all.

Ask Donald Trump how much of a turncoat she is...and see my link two entries above yours..You people have REALLY short memories...

Uh huh. And how'd that work out?
She did some weird AF 'flipping', I do recall, but tried to claim it wasn't what everyone thought? I honestly forgot because I don't care. It's old news. Maybe, like Flynn, she was forced to flip... look who's President again.

Can she now release the kracken?

There are many holes in his story.
First, what does he mean by "Texas Court of Appeals"? That term usually refers to the intermediate appellate courts, of which we have 15 (the 15th only handles business cases).
Or does he mean our highest courts? Because we have two: the Texas Supreme Court (which handles civil matters, including State Bar complaints) and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals (which handles criminal matters and is usually in the news for denying stays of execution).
Second, the last opinions of the Texas Supreme Court were issued last Friday, there are no orders involving Sidney Powell. The Court of Criminal Appeals issued their last opinions on Wednesday, also nothing there.
And neither Court would issue opinions on Sunday in a matter like this as there is nothing pressing about her case.

It is your belief that, after three years of litigation, the appellate ruling illustrates how this case is not lawfare?

If we're going to add another extremely expansive definition to the list, I'm sure it could fit. Reb just added one tonight in another thread based around cumulation of actions. What is one more?

No?
Other than making referential factual statements about the proceedings, I don't think I've commented much at all, let alone given a personal opinion/analysis of the merits.
