Are you talking about in that video you posted? That audio was awful. I listened to it a couple of times.

I'm not trying to stupid here, but give me the time of the threat so I can watch it again. Was there a spot where one of the guys pointed his gun or made a verbal threat?

The guy in the car was jawing, too. They were walking past and he called them back with a question. He really didn't seem scared. Both sides were going back and forth. I heard more bitching and posturing than anything. Worst thing I heard was "I'm your worst nightmare..."

.......they tryin to play weekend warrior. Seriously though, they want the Southeast United States. The New Republic of Africa I believe they call it. They even have a flag. So as it stands now, it appears they have officially rejected my suggestion to move to Liberia, Africa.

Much armed militia and shite though. One can’t be pro 2A and against these guys, they’re exercising their rights.

being in a militia and threatening people are 2 different things, and that pos was def threatening motorists.

Isn't the monument on private land and was privately funded?

I think it's a state park.

Why not? They are open carry. Black Americans are entitled to their 2nd Amendment rights just like White Americans.

Yes they are and just as entitled to be double tapped as well. A man holding a gun is instantly deemed a threat, no matter the place or color, until proven otherwise

Meh.Many had $20 vest with .22LR's

The organization "claims" they're all ex military but I highly doubt and I think many in the militia were props along with their weapons. It happened with a bunch of actors in a previous "black panther" March.

I doubt any of the weapons held by most were even loaded. Last thing they needed was one dumbass shooting another on accident while filming. Might've had 10-15 real expert "shooters" in their for security just in case they accidently triggered and attack. It was theater.

Stone Mountain always has protests (of all kinds), but especially race and 2nd Am. related ones. However, a lot of people go to the park and never see these protests. They even have two golf courses at Stone Mountain. Everything seems to have been fine. It isn’t the first march with guns at Stone Mountain, and they handle these types of protests well (see post-Charlottesville protest at Stone Mtn).

In contrast, black on black crime in Atlanta is on the rise. I live in town, and although I don’t around University Ave, it is clearly not a good situation down there. Gov. Kemp issued an order earlier today calling up 1,000 National Guard troops to help address the violence in the area of town where Brooks was shot. Keisha has handled the entire situation poorly. Plus she has coronavirus.

There’s a couple of low-key gun control supporters in this thread.

No one is infringing. We all welcome responsible gun ownership. However, you are not permitted to make terroristic threats while armed. Law and stuff.
