TRO's may inhibit the reduction of Fed money to New York. BUT.....Using the governmental agencies to enforce full compliance on New York is okey and effective. Democrates do that all the time.

That is what the modern democrat party has become - the election in NYC, with not one word of moderation by ANY 'democrat' politician. They celebrate the commie takeovers in Minnesota, etc.
This could not happen without the mainstream media letting them go about their business without any pushback.
I hope NYC goes broke & we ship them all to the Sudan to let them enjoy their socialist paradise by feeding each other.
