Depending on when he last drank his bac could have been at its highest during the arrest.

I heard some where he had some drugs in his system. My guess is they were prescription but could have impaired his driving.

Has anything else come out about this.

For the ones saying it wasn't crazy, the dude couldn't stand up with out the patrol car and surely couldn't walk. If he had not wrecked there and was driving down the road he would have killed someone and his vehicle would have never slowed down. Zero ability to react

Wonder if somebody had been seriously injured/killed that He would go to jail? IMO, no. He'd use some of those tens of millions to buy off the surviving family.

Why is he wearing a different sport coat in the mugshot than in the video ? His hair looks different too.

Was it taken later ? How much later ? It doesn't add up.

I am guessing that the "mugshot" they published was taken later when he was cleaned up and sober. Notice also there is no booking info shown in the "mugshot' that was released.






ETA: Here is something else I noticed. In his injury picture, most likely from the airbag deploying, his watch says 3:45.
Is that a.m or p.m. ? You can see in the lower corner he is wearing the sport coat not the suit jacket from the video.
Did they let him go home and get cleaned up before coming back for the booking photo ?
It raises questions of preferential treatment from the get go.
