Generally, no; however, if I pay someone in Tarrant County to murder my ex in Dallas County, I'm pretty sure that both Dallas and Tarrant Counties could claim jurisdiction on various offenses, even if I never set foot in Dallas. Not saying that Ron did anything illegal, but, if he had and any part of that offense took place in Bexar County, he'd have a pretty good claim for jurisdiction.

Anyway, just wanted to tie the dots to the jurisdiction question. Florida apparently can't find 50 asylum seekers in their state, so the are picking them up in Texas, keeping them in a hotel in Florida for a few days, then shipping them off to wherever.

Who would be better have available services than self proclaimed sanctuary cities and states??
Texas keeps saying they are overwhelmed. The blue cities are sanctuarys. What’s the problem? Would it not be more inhumane to leave them in I’ll prepared, crowded areas than send them to sanctuary places? Explain why not.
And we need a link confirming in detail these immigrants were fully briefed on where they were going and what exactly they would get on the Biden rides. And that the minors completely understood it all.
All of this can be cleared up in the impeachment hearings. When do they start?? You folks are pulling out the federal laws. Let’s get with it.
