Trump ending DACA while also shifting the blame to Congress when they inevitably fail to pass DACA legislation within 6 months is a pretty smart move.

No and I think that was the point. It is a very reasonable solution to a problem we face n this nation and better than anything our government has come up with in the last 40 years to address this issue. We have a great president and over half the nation is too stupid to see that it is Trump and the citizens against a corrupt Washington system.

First, it offered no direction to Congress.
Second, Congress will take efforts to stick this right back at Trump by legally legislating DACA. It will be viewed in every quarter as a Dem win. It sets up Dems for a Congressional win.
Third, it distracts from taxes.
Fourth, THIS WAS GOING TO BE DECIDED IN THE COURTS. Let the courts take the hits!
So, regardless how you feel about DACA, this is stupid X4!

Regardless of what you think, Trump did the right thing. An over reach by the Executive branch was ended with the message of "this is congresses job".
Nobody wants a dictator. Let congress do it's job. They will ALL face the consequences of their involvement.

No, they won't. Illegal immigration is the most controversial topic going. Congress doesn't like controversy. They do like status quo. Status quo has changed. They'll leave it alone.
