He won't sue because he knows discovery will happen and his pedophilia will be exposed.

The names dates and flight logs are all already public information. The question is what is on the videos. Bondi said it was kiddie porn. Was it downloaded from the dark web or was it actual videos from the island? Regardless there should be arrests of the men in the videos.

Bondi caused this shite. Kash and Bongino have been consistent this entire time. They did not set expectations early in their respective appointments. They did over promise before getting appointed but that is different than setting expectations after appointment because you then have access to the information after being appointed.
Bondi had access to all the information after appointment and she still poured political fuel on the fire with her Fox News appearances and the binder debacle. Then she does a 180. "Sike, just kidding".
