I see no issue here. It'll probably serve to get a TXDOT repaint done that much quicker.

A true wizord would have gotten matching spray paint and make it say Libs are tranny figs.

At least Cruz did something. Massie, on the other hand, would have held a press conference blaming Trump, and submit a resolution to protect the graffiti as free speech.

Did he at least have the initiative to make a point and paint over it? Something the complainers here would never do?
Have painted over graffiti many times in my life. I just did not ever, I mean EVER, do it in linen slacks and a button down collared shirt with a photographer waiting to take the picture.
Frig' these politicians pretending to care. We are where we are as a country because they do not care about you or I.

I like Ted Cruz and I’ve voted for him. But this screams typical politician photo op stunt.

At least choose a paint that sort of matches the one there, Ted.

Kudos to this politician not being afraid to take a stand against grooming and cancel culture, even if staged!

Kudos to this politician who did nothing to take a stand against grooming and cancel culture, even if staged, until it benefitted him personally!

He should get Lebron's people on the phone. I hear they're pros at painting over hate speech. Allegedly.

Ted Cruz is a worthless POS. Opportunist trying to get social media points on Charlie's death. frick him.

I mean, simple problem, simple solution. I don’t care that he’s scoring points for it.

Don’t have a problem with him doing it.
But yeah the social media aspect of all of this is just a bit cringe.
Do it while not trying to get likes and shares.
Ehhh, part of it is showing what some trash leftist did, although we already have more than enough receipts

Ted is all over the place. He was in south bend for the aggie win Saturday. Now back in houston doing some painting on sunday. Would he be doing this had the aggies lost?

The real play to do this right, would have been to have someone take a picture of the graffiti being painted over from a car and post it somewhere saying something like “Texans on the job.”
Then let the internet sleuths figure out it’s Ted Cruz.
Then Ted waits a few days and says “aw shucks, I was just doing the right thing” and play it off like he didn’t want anyone to know.
That’s how a real PR pro would have handled it.
