Oh, so we can't giving actual working Americans their own money back, but we will support 10 million illegals on SNAP and fund Israel how many billions per year.

To be fair, I don't agree with giving Americans a $2000 check, and if they do, it better be a one time fricking thing. Why annual? That's makes no sense.

But if the excuse is because "we can't afford it", well no shite Sherlock. We can't afford nearly all of the shite we have been spending money that we don't have on the last 30 years.

We need to cut people off, NOW.

This is not true. Trumps deficits averaged around 600 billion a year and that average was driven up by covid. Biden averaged 2 trillion a year. Even with the cr pushed we will not average the 2 trillion that Biden did with the cuts to the government and usaid that doge made. Get rid of the cr and get the new budget in and we would be down to 330 billion a year before tariff revenue. People want it to zero or start paying some of the deficit down which is where they are trying to get to. The point is the economy is in such shambles its like stopping a train and turning it around. Until the get these tariffs and investments to start rolling so they can strengthen the economy first it wont happen. The democrats had zero answers to this problem and was steadily adding trillions to the deficit. The democrats need to stop interfering and let this administration do work. Under Biden illegal immigrants were costing 150.7 billion a year.

Since when do those useless fricks give a shite?

I'm more inclined to think they want to deny Trump any good favor.

Looks like Obama ramped it down, Trump grew it again.

The problem is that the tariff revenue isn't even enough to cover the "rebate" checks
Of course it isn’t, so just reduce the overall federal income tax for people that actually pay them by an amount equal to revenue from the tariffs.

Obama ran some large deficits out the gate attempting to stimulate the economy and then had them somewhat under control in his second Term

Then Trump happened

Nope. It was $660 billion in 2017 and got higher every year and was almost $1 trillion by 2019.

Trump is a "Grow the economy at all costs" type of person. the next guy has to deal with it.

The economy was never going to be "humming" this term because of all the mistakes of the past 8 years.

He’s right. It should have NEVER been mentioned.

This is the problem though. You say no to helping your own people but send money overseas like its going out of business.

We've lost the message somewhere.
