It’s the damndest thing, a real journalist comes up with almost a perfect match of who the pipe bomber is, a capitol police officer who now is in the cia, then just a few weeks later, spectacularly we now have an arrest after all these years.

He's referencing the conspiracy. If we got this, we've got a lot more. This one was a Bongino pet peeve for years. If there's a conspiracy, he's going to find the proof if it's still around anywhere. And apparently it is.
