The Trump era is making liberals concerned about lying again.
This is terrific.
He was not the hero we deserved but instead, the one we all needed.
Do you cradle his balls while he shoots it in your face?

FBI requested and was granted a FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) warrant on Trump in November to investigate his Russian ties.
What ties?
Just curious..who authorized this? Trump was a private citizen. The surveillance of the Russian diplomat was already established. What was the motivation to include a private U.S. citizen?

That is a good unbiased source. Kislyak has been under surveillance for years. This is how the NSA new about Flynn and others. Letting Kislyak know he is under surveillance is a big problem.
If he's been under surveillance for years than the media should be asking all of the Dem senators and members of congress as well as anyone in the Obama admin what was said during their meetings..

Agreed. All people regardless of party should be under the same investigation.

Hatch ‘Shocked’ Obama Team Conducted Surveillance of Trump Campaign, Transition
This is another one of your Breitbart posts. They quoted Hatch three times. Not one of those quotes refers to anything in the article.
Breitbart just writes a long paragraph about something they want to attribute to Hatch, and then slips in a random "quote" from Hatch from out of the blue.
Here are the 3 "Hatch" quotes in the Breitbart article:
quote:
“I was just a little shocked by it,”
“I suspected that they were going to do that anyways,”
“Yeah, I got a lot of suspicions, but I have no idea, so I am not going to speculate.”
What is "it"? Who is "they". And the last quote from Hatch could refer to anything.
Read it for yourself. See how easy it is for Breitbart to make sh!t up?
I used to think you were posting this crap because you didn't have a clue. But now I think you may be doing this on purpose, knowing it's B.S., which is worse.

WHY was Obama spying on Trump and his people? WHAT was done with the intelligence they gathered? DID any of it find its way to the Democrats and was any of it leaked to the media?
Time for a Special Prosecutor. Obama belongs in a cage.

Where is the probable cause? Before this election where has Trump ever been tied to Russia or even been mentioned with Russia in the same sentence? If there was intel that he was tied to Russia at all it would have come out the week of/before the election. God knows how many gov't and news agencies were digging to find one tiny morsel of info to put the proverbial nail in the coffin. It didn't happen.

DID you actually look at the article and how the quotes were randomly inserted after the "facts" Breitbart wrote.
Or did you just give your standard parroted answer?

I voted for obama, but what's coming to light is truly disturbing. Take off your partisan glasses for five minutes. Put country before party.

We spy on the Russians. If Trump's folks are getting in bed with the Russians in plain sight, that's their problem.

This is bigger than watergate, but the media won't touch it.
Far bigger. Nixon wasn't involved in the planning of the break-in. He found out about it later and decided to participate in the cover-up. And it was just the DNC (a private organization) that was targeted.
Here we have a sitting president using the CIA/NSA to spy on the incoming president-elect and his aides. It's pretty outrageous just on its face. But it's worse than that; they are actively leaking these conversations (a felony) to the press in an obvious attempt and overthrow the president. But what's funny is there is no evidence of any illegality in the conversations.
I would be interested in finding out under what authority they were able to spy on American citizens? Did they have a warrant? Did they go to FISA? If they did, what was the probable cause? Because the whole "NSA monitors Russians routinely" isn't a sufficient explanation. Why? Because, under law, the NSA has to ignore the American side of the conversation unless they have a warrant. So, if we find out they listened to the American side of the chat without a warrant, there's another crime.

Sen Hatch wants to know why Obama used agencies to spy on Trump Transition team
The agencies were tracking the Russians. Is Senator Hatch saying the Trump Transition team was working for the Russians?

So Brietbart thinks it's wrong that the US spies on the Russian ambassador?
This is the dumbest liberal talking point so far. It doesnt matter if they spy on the Russian dude. He is not a citizen of the USA that has protection under the 4th gotdamn Amendment. If a citizen is in recorded on a call with a foreign rep the citizens name cannot be released and has to be redacted from the record. Now if a citizen is being recorded and not the Russian guy that means the Obama folks got a warrant to do it. So either way this is scary shite.

No they were not. The first FISA request was labeled TRUMP. It had nothing to do with the Russians.
It was denied.
The second one was not on the Russian Ambassador. It was on a Server in Trump Tower. It's narrow investigation allowed FISA to issue the warrant. That warrant was abused to include wire tapping.... EVEN after that investigation was closed.
