Yeah, I know Ukraine was corrupt AF. And I certainly don’t want the US involved.
But I do feel sorry for these people.
Strangely, I met a refugee family from Kiev. Ukrainian kid showed up at my daughters school 3 weeks ago. We invited her over to hang out with my daughter. Met the parents and talked for a few minutes in my living room. Dr./Lawyer.

They basically went on their spring break late February and couldn’t get home. The dad’s mom lives here so they came here.

Have no ill will for the Ukrainian people or even the Russian people. I have a lot of distaste for all of the politicians involved, including ours.

I’m not anti Ukrainians as your post seems to conflate or suggest. They have some fine women. I’m anti western corruption in The Ukraine.

Depends on which fascists you want to win, the global fascists (NATO) or the Russian fascists. I choose to stay out of it. I feel just as bad for the Russian people as I do for the Ukrainian people. Too bad that NATO pushed them both into this war.

Did you feel sorry for the Iraqi and Afghani people when we wrongly invaded their countries, or was it OK since they were brownish?

I oppose foreign entanglements, I oppose our government using foreign countries as nothing but money launderers for stealing our tax money, I oppose sending American sons and daughters to die for the defense of nations in a manner that makes our own nation less safe rather than more. I do not support Putin, I do not hate the Ukrainian people nor Zelensky. I do not believe this is our fight, but our politicians should be held accountable for their role in escalating this conflict.

Not anti-Ukranian people.

This thing is way more complex that Russia good, Ukraine bad.

Here's an hour and 20 minutes that explains it. LINK

Don't have time for it? Here's the cliffs.

Putin is terrible.
Zelensky is terrible.
Putin sees himself as a savior of the Russian people.
Ukraine in NATO is unacceptable.
NATO = Great Reset
Putin trying to save world from Great Reset
China playing the fence but leaning toward Russia
USA needs to not only stay out of this but get out of NATO

US politicians are corrupt AF in Ukraine. It's a prime location to send foreign aid money and have it washed through the Zelensky government and every participate gets their cut including the "Big Guy".

When people on this board appear to be rooting for Russia, it's not Putin they are rooting for, it's against corrupt western interest. If Biden, Kerry, The Atlantic Council, Clinton Global Imitative, McCain Institute, etc. were not camped out in Ukraine ready to divvy up US foreign aid you wouldn't here a blip on the news about Russia invading Ukraine.

What a truly preposterous, off-the-deep-end claim.

When it comes to Ukraine, you have to make a distinction between her people and her leadership. Likewise, you have to distinguish between her people and her military. The situation in the East is very complicated and it doesn't take much to find yourself in company you'd rather not be in.

lets see...

- Ukraine govt was put in place by the USA as a puppet regime intentionally to escalate tensions with Russia
- Ukraine government commits human rights violations against ethnic russians in eastern ukraine
- Ukraine is playing dirty pool trying to bait any country out there into joining the war
- Ukraine is the one defying previous agreements about the NATO situation

Ukraine brought this on themselves if you ignore USA's responsibility and if you dont ignore than then you should never support a puppet regime controlled by the USA.

When there’s not hyperinflation, 7.00/gallon gas, racial divide and Hyper Corrupt politicians in our Country, we can do some humanitarian work. When there are frigging bread lines in our own country, IDGAF about what’s going on outside our borders. You can’t go fixing the worlds problems, when you have problems that you CAN’T solve in your own country.
