incoming fbi visit

Well, I emailed this concern to my congressional rep and few other good R reps in my state. After the clownshow, I just want to be sure Trump's staff and security team at least keeps this risk factor in mind when holding these large outdoor rallies and possibly puts something into place to deal with it.

This level of SS incompetence will likely embolden future attacks. They made it look too easy.

Drone neeting, all around

Seen Russians deploy it on their positions, snag lines, etc... Basically anything that will get copter blades caught up. So perhaps like a very strong vinyl mesh netting overhead and similar type netting on the cranes all the way around.

I’m almost certain they would use jammers
Here's something to ponder: What if someone created an AI-enabled attack drone? You give the drone a photograph of the person you wanted to seek out, approximate coordinates where to find him/her and launch it. Viola! No communication required!

Meaning? Jammers are useless to defend against it!

Wow. That's pretty scary to contemplate.

Hollywood made a movie that had Gerald Butler guarding Morgan Freeman with this exact idea

Russians are claiming they use AI in their Lancet suicide drones and it upped hit rate significantly. Basically the drone just needs to get close enough by operator and then AI does the targeting while the signal is jammed.

It would need some kind of inertial navigation system for that. Even then one would assume there are protections built in by SS but then again likely not given what we saw Saturday.

They seem to be untrained and unprepared to prevent just about any kind of assassination scenario that one can imagine.

The dude that started the Oculus VR headset company (Palmer Luckey) is doing defensive stuff with drones for military/LE. The company is called Anduril. One thing is Anvil, a defensive drone that locks on to a targeted drone and just flies into it and smashes it.

Anduril Website - Ariel Counter Defense Systems

Says this can be used at sporting events and large crowds.
