On one hand it is sad. On the other it is more sad. The dumb arse yelling doesn't realize that when the land was bought from the "historical blacks" for pennies it was probably run down and filled with crack houses. A developer came in cleaned it up, built nice condos and now it is worth way more. Why? Because they ran the crack dealers, crack hoes, and other malcontents out.
