Well my brother, the white folks living in those houses bought those houses because people from the “historically black neighborhood” failed to keep up their property, discourage crime, etc. and complete the tasks necessary to sustained solid property values.

The neighborhood erodes, values plummet and people move to other areas. People with means (regardless of color) move in, upgrade properties and stabilize the hood. In other words they reverse a failure of the previous inhabitants.

These BLM people are really stupid.

Who taught these dumb asses the big words they attempting to use now and then...and I'd be dumping hot water on 'em.

Tell them ok you can have it along with mortgage, insurance, and utility bills. They’ll be out in a week headed back to government housing.
