Bro, it was beyond stupid. They stood out like a sore thumb in their dress uniform. Fought it until the end and then finally admitted it. Administrative reduction and separation in lieu of a court martial. Threw away a twenty plus year career to be a Clothing Sales warrior. Dumb, dumb, dumb 
ETA: Not going to lie, I went Don Shipley on them when I confronted them. Pulled out my "I love me book" with every document (orders, certificates) and asked them if they could produce something similar. They hired an attorney who was going to snow me under with documentation that was not even pertinent to what was being investigated. Guess what I found in the middle of their documentation? Their evaluations. I had the name of almost every rater and senior rater they had ever had. And guess what, Global Outlook works quite well in contacting people. The individual had been doing this for years and had been told before to stop.
Total dumbass.

I’m skeptical that this was ever requested by anyone prior to this past week but I guess it wouldn’t be impossible.
Could it be a screenshot of an extract that’s available to LEO’s through a computer system? About the only way that this could make sense for me.
