I don't think it is really a sub that can totally submerge. More like a metal boat with and watertight top that rides super low in the water with snorkels for air. Think of it as a low rider boat.

They are semisubmersible and operate just below the surface with air tube running up. It’s to reduce its profile and make them harder to detect. Cartel has been building them for years and they have gotten more advanced.

He’s precise and clear ln what he intends to do and has a hard on for drugs, he really has an inner fire against drugs.
And I think it stems from growing up with his brother that destroyed himself with his drug of choice, Alcohol.
And it was extreme and took hks brother out and he sees that with families being targeted and taken out with drugs on every corner.
They just need to legalize psilocybin treatment and work on the halfway and rehab/mental health support in the country to really turn it around.
As soon as Clinton sold us out to Chyyyna with all our manufacturing industries, which was the backbone of the MidWest, they simultaneously filled the job needs with drugs and the drugs replaced the jobs that didn’t exist and that was on purpose and tactical to despair middle America.
That’s facts and crazy to see what they did over time & that take time to reverse course and this is the only way to do it. HEAD ON take out the supply.
Legalize all natural medicinal plants out there.

Kratom trees (but they have a hard on to shut down Kratom saying it’s addictive) which is horse crap… but for another discussion.
But the Good Lord gave us tons of natural remedies on the planet, Big Pharma needs to get out the way and let nature lead the way.
