My guess is that Roberts is going to get the justices together and work something out in both the immunity case and the Colorado case to get unanimous decisions to avoid long term issues. They’ll want to avoid an AG going after Obama for murder and every politician like Maxine Waters or Schumer being removed from ballots for their rhetoric.

As we've discussed, once Trump is POTUS, the cases will either be dropped by DOJ outright, or by pardon. The Georgia case will either be stayed, or stopped as well.
