Jack Smith wants this trial going on, on Super Tuesday. This ruling guarantees that doesn't happen.
it will go to the DC court which will most likely rule against Trump.
then Trump will appeal to the DC court for an en banc ruling.
that will take up a few more months.
then it will go to SCOTUS.
because of the ruling today, it's possible Smith doesn't get a court date before November.
Why do you think this is bad for Trump? if this is bad for Trump, Smith would have pushed trial back to November in the first place.
why do you want to deny President Trump due process?
