There’s very little question: somebody has Roberts by the nads.

Just out of curiosity, when was the last time she was actually seen? Does the airport footage from that bastion of jounalistic integrity known as TMZ count?

If so, then how many times since then?

When was the last time prior to TMZ?

Inquiring minds want to know.

If the Court concludes that a previous EO cannot be undone by a subsequent President, Trump should go fricking hog wild.

Can't wait to see these loser judges expose themselves. Would be certifiably insane.

Impeachment proceedings should immediately start for whatever justice that comes up with that opinion as that's a massive violation of the separation of powers.

Something tells me that Roberts is going to have some personal issues that spring up right about the time we get to the end of the Spygate DECLAS docs...

Not that this has anything to do with the USSC but they're not going to deport these people.

They should, but they won't.

She does seem to be holding on somehow. Going to take Trump winning in 2020 to get real comfortable with the notion of her being replaced with a conservative.

Roberts is the biggest piece of shite on the court hands down. At least with RBG and the other libtards you know where they stand. He has been a complete failure as a justice.

The fact that deportation of illegals isn't even on the table is mind boggling. Everyone knows if they just get here they can stay. Eventually they will get here

RBG is going to retire before that happens with the election coming up that same year which will stall the whole process until a new judge is selected after the election.

Dems got all their chips in the basket to win 2020, they know she won't last till 2024 they just needed her to last this long that was the deal.

After that, they're stacking the court if they win the Presidency.

The problem I see is that Obama issued the EO an then people applied and registered under DACA and relied on that. They complied with the directive that was issued and are now in jepordy of being deported because the relied on that directive.

I think Trump probably loses this argument. The question is whether Obama's EO on DACA constitutional.
