Everyone calm down. There are multiple cases out there. They only struck down the emergency economics power act. Bessent already said they will move the tariffs to one of the other acts and keep on using them. I think they have like 3 or 4 other acts they file them under. So essentially SCOTUS will have to strike them all down as they come to them. Trump is playing 4d chess. He has some of the best economists and economic lawyers in the world. Good luck trying to get through this.

I'm more interested in the ruling to strike down the Voting Rights Act.

That's not what he said. Obviously Trump wanted the opposite ruling, but he also knew it was a long shot (only the cult members didn't know that). But you don't know unless you force the ruling.
