Supreme Court just handed Trump the immigration equivalent of a nuclear button.

In a 5–4 ruling, they confirmed he can use the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to treat Tren de Aragua as what it is: an invading foreign force.

That means:

• No more endless appeals
• No more activist judges blocking deportations
• Venezuelan gang members can be rounded up and shipped straight to El Salvador’s mega-prison

This is a historic win for borders, sovereignty and law & order in the United States.

The only people upset today are the open-borders globalists who never thought this day would come.

Do you really believe that an Odumbf*ck or Dementia Joe District (or Appellate) Court Judge gives a royal f*ck what the Supreme Court says???

This looks like one of those rehashed stories from last year that isn't a final ruling

Get outta here with those facts!

We're not supposed to question whether or not something is BREAKING even if it happened in April of 2025.

Especially when it's about a court decision from April 2025. It's twitter bot slop and the OP account is one of a few on here that seem to exist primarily to repost twitter accounts and drive traffic to twitter.

Does the US Supreme Court issue rulings on Sundays?

ETA: Nevermind, I see someone with a brain has already gotten to where I was going.

Come on, OP......just try to think.
