When can we reasonably expect a judgment/opinion produced by SCOTUS on this issue?

The earliest would be late December of this year, the latest would be June of next year. Most likely it will be somewhere between February and May.

You are right. This SCOTUS is not about to declare it is okay to be racist. Furthermore, the NG is already in place and additional NG ready to move quickly to quell the agitators.

I believe, if the agitators do not move quick enough, the DOJ will be seizing bank accounts that fund them. Without pay, the agitators go back to their homeless environs or to their mom's basement to play video games.

how completely Democrats have replaced Constitutional requirements for equality with post-Constitutional progressive desire for equity.

Precisely.

Equality is giving everyone an opportunity.

Equity is guaranteeing the same results.

Correct. The longer it goes, the more thorough the investigations become.

That said, I'd wager that we've had 90% of these connections laid out for quite some time. I'm of the opinion that the bad guys are sitting on some kind of nuclear option where they lift up some FAFO hood rat/illegal as their patron martyr and take to the streets for mass chaos.

It is at that time that I believe we see the Insurrection Act invoked and Team 47 goes medieval on the agitators.

Here’s the problem. States that are heavily democrat gerrymander at much greater rates than states that are heavily republican.

But, when have a Republican states look to gerrymander and even less proportions then the heavy Democrat states do, Democrats, the ACLU, and all the other partisan scumbags yell racism.

They all know damn well that it has nothing to do with racism. It’s about carving out more Republican seats - Just like the Blue states carve out more Democrat seats.

The problem arises because there is no other voting group that votes in a bloc the way blacks vote. In Louisiana, Biden received 88% of the black vote in 2024. If Democrats are allowed to scream racism because they don’t receive a proportional amount of the congressional seats in Louisiana, then virtually no red state could ever gerrymander the way Democrats gerrymander in the heavy blue states.

This is not true, but I'm sure this is your belief.

It’s absolutely true. Just as an example, California currently has 52 representatives. Of those, only nine (or 17.3%) are republican. This is despite the fact that Donald Trump received almost 40% of the 2024 presidential votes cast in California.

Yet, you have some liberal fricking far left nutjob judge in New Orleans telling the Louisiana legislature that they have to give two of the six Louisiana congressional seats to blacks.

We can go state by state, I'm sure someone has compiled the list.
Maine for instance has no Republican congressmen or representatives, yet Trump won 45% of the vote this time-round.

Massachusetts the same... Trump with 36% of the vote.

We can do this for pretty much every "Liberal" state. Should Republicans get special carve-out districts to be represented? Wheelchairs and all...

Exactly. The NG is pre-positioned and the Generals were informed of this possibility on September 30, 2025.

That's the needle's eye Roberts is going to try to thread: how to say race-based gerrymandering does not invalidate Section 2 of the VRA (because this case is solely built on race being used as the determinant and Section 2 being the foundation for that reasoning).

frick Roberts.

He needs to sack the frick up and defend the goddamned document he swore and oath to support and defend.

Discrimination on the basis of race is unconstitutional, period. Regardless of the "good intentions" it's illegal.

Listening to Justice Wise Latina, she's doing exactly what the Section 2 proponents have been doing (and the argument the Court has allowed) and that's conflating the right to vote with some sort of "right to win" by minority voters.

I'd upvote this twice if I could. And I will keep it in my back pocket when, undoubtedly, "Trump is taking away blacks right to vote" comes up by my sister in law at Thanksgiving dinner.
