The only one who wins when the President and Judiciary point fingers at each other is Congress, the most impotent and useless branch of the three.

And Trump isn't just disagreeing with the decision, he's making it personal like he does everything under the sun. I don't think it's a huge deal or a huge surprise but he'd have been better off leaving out the BS about individuals. He has low impulse control when he communicates.

SCOTUS (and the judiciary as a whole) has done more to damage its credibility than Trump could do in 100 years. This may be a lack of decorum but we'll be fine.

He was twice elected to the Presidency. They are non consecutive terms. He was charged umpteen something times. He was shot. An other assassination was attempted. He was law fared. He's gonna be an important historical figure. Much more like the early guys that the buffoons we've had for president since we opened up voting to eighteen year olds.

Boasberg and all DC Judges will be protected. They are the first reign of the beasts minion AKA the secret FISA court.

How can any of them defend a secret court?

Trump was right about Tariffs. The scotus was wrong. Simple as that.

When you are wrong Trump knows he has you at a disadvantage and is going tp point out your mistake.

Roberts should stay silent . Roberts is digging
A hole for himself….

I think Lutnick made sure that wasn't the case.

That was created by Congress. A POTUS should see that as a clear move on "separation of powers".

Can the presiding officer unilaterally suspend judges? No. Bad question.

Also, are we just ignoring this, now?

“…the secret FISA court.“(quote CA)

When does FISA come back up for authorization? Leverage for the Save America Act in time for the Midterms?

This is nothing new FDR appointed several and went to war with his own choices. The Legals think they are above reproach. Grow a set you candyasses.

It's fine by you to impeach a President for nothing and put him through hell with a made up scandal. Just dandy for Biden to let half the Third World in here and when Trump tries to enforce the law he gets obstructed unconstitutionally by you. The law means nothing to many of you just how you feel things should be.

But hell no don't raise a fuss about ti. Well it's been done before. LINK

The question on many people’s minds right now is: What’s going on between the President and the Supreme Court? How does the separation of powers between the US government’s Executive, Judicial, and Legislative branches work?

A more helpful question, to put it in historical perspective, is:

Have any US Presidents either ignored or opposed the dictates of the Supreme Court, and what can we learn from this history?

People act like this is new. It's not. Andrew Jackson would have chewed Roberts up and spit him out.
