As it relates to this topic, the fact that it exists does not mean that people who engage in the legal trade of shock value items are pedophiles. But people are passionately fond of making that leap without evidence of anything more sinister.

Careful with what you do with that, particularly the accuracy of the premise. The sketches are 2 different versions of a single suspect allegedly carrying a girl 500 yards away from the alleged location of the alleged abduction as described by one person. Was it an unusual sighting? Not really, fathers often carry children. It was only reported because a child disappeared that night - 500 yards away. That's a long way to carry a child. I doubt either of the limp wristed, lilly armed Podestas are capable of carrying anything that distance.

Odds are the parents are responsible for their child's disappearance. If you want a conspiracy, why not question why authorities have not excavated the driveway of Robert Murat's residence. Why have the parents opposed excavation? Wouldn't truly distraught parents favor exploring every lead? Why not explore the evidence found by Stephen Birch?

Those sketch arguments are so ridiculous. If the Podestas are involved in some huge pedophile ring why would they be out kidnapping a small girl on their own in Europe?

Even if you accept so much at face value (Podestas are pedophiles, there is a pedophile ring, McCann wasn't murdered by her parents, etc) the theory is still completely ridiculous.

Despite that it gets thrown on this "mountain" of evidence, where no individual piece is actually significant on its own, but people use the sheer amount of ridiculous nonsense to bolster the reliability to each other piece of nonsense thereby giving false credence to each piece of evidence and allow more trash "clues" to be heaped on the mountain.

There isn't a case here. The end.
