This country is completely gone. Trump is not saving it. DeSantis is not saving it.

You give $40 million to the right candidates, you get a mainstream media rehabilitation tour.

SBF fricked the little guys.

Anyone with stroke was able to pull the bulk of their money out.

Thus, he skates.

Yup, he gave to the right candidates. And the left candidates, too.

He won’t go to jail. All of that Ukrainian money laundering gets him a pass.

Hence the reason he donated heavily to both parties. Ol' SBF bought himself some protection.

What’s wrong with getting this guy to keep talking? He’s fricked and he can’t shut up.

I think many are confused as to where all the money went. Alameda and FTX are essentially insolvent right now. It's very confusing. With Madoff it was a classic Ponzi scheme. With FTX it is a confusing Ponzi scheme and SBF says he does not know what happened.

Of course he knows. He was ripping off FTX and Binance got wind of it and Zhao grabbed some money out of it and probably some others as well. From what I can tell they really did not keep accurate books. Us he's in the Bahamas right now . Bahamas got their money.

Right. This was just theft with the stolen proceeds being taken to the casino.

The Ponzi in FTX is the Ponzi that is crypto, it's not necessarily criminal, it's just that the value of the coins/tokens relies 100% of new buyers coming in and paying more, injecting more money into the scheme. I think where SBF gets into trouble is when he started lending money to Alameda and taking FTX shitcoins as collateral. You can't take your own "stock" or property as collateral for a loan. That's just a very simplistic understanding. This will be more complicated and the investigation will take time before a crime can be articulated and prosecuted.

Also seems possible, straight up theft. There are millions (billions?) that are just missing.

Does anyone not appreciate how bad it is to speak publicly, and, basically on the record, when investigations are swirling - government and pvt investors. I can't believe he's talking.

Ultimately he digs his own grave. I can't believe his attorneys are letting him talk....if he is even listening to them. He was using essentially imaginary money.

Watch this shite: Snuff's Interview of SBF

This is a rehab interview?

Yes, if he has an attorney he is fricking dying watching this.

6:33 mark is some dancing...he's basically being deposed.

8:30 he says he wasn't even spending time on risk management! If this isn't criminally reckless/negligent, it is going to get him sued by everyone.
