The Left, starting in the late 1960’s , made deinstitutionalization of the criminal and or the insane a part of their core ideology. Then they followed up by creating a fatherless society and demeaning and devaluation of law enforcement and the idea of a civil society. And this is the result. Chaos and violence.

I've always felt that you should be executed the way you murdered someone. After all, you didn't think it was "cruel and unusual" when you committed the crime, so there should be no complaints dying that way.

If he fell on the tracks, no. There may be a small crawl space under the platform, but the train has a shoe that reaches out to touch the electrified third rail. The only way I can see him surviving is the shoe drug him along the tracks until it stopped.
