I sold my place on jayess rd last year. Jayess rd just south of enon sartinville rd. I miss it everyday but it was time to sell. Had some quality deer on the place. Nothing that size but some fine deer for me.

Don't be scared to venture off into the world of process analyzers. Look into companies like Valmet, Yokogawa, Rosemount, ABB to name a few. Don't be scared to move and or travel. Demand for analyzer tech is huge.
Delta lure is local to south Louisiana and the owner is a hell of a nice guy.
I can't log in to espn app with YouTube tv provider on the firestick. Cycles back to the provider log in. Frustrating...I can log in to espn app when I use the smart TV installed app but the sound cuts out for a few seconds every 5 minutes or so. Equally frustrating.

I have a 46HP LS. It does what I want it to do. It was cheaper than orange or green, but I would lean orange if I had to to do it again. I had an ECM go out last year and it was out of warranty. Other than that the tractor has been great. I will say this....if you are thinking 30HP, go 45 or something close to that. You won't regret that but you will regret not doing it.

I had a 2016 f250 and it leaked some oil. It was a couple of loose bolts on the vacuum pump. The top 2 bolts had loosened up.I tightened them up and no more leak. Look up videos of it. Common problem. May not be your issue but it could be.
Look into vevor outdoor ceiling fan.

I believe they're also heavier than a conventional vehicle due to the battery packs. I may be wrong about that though.

I've had good luck with mojo shrimp. Especially the pineapple express color. They last forever too.

Going through that right now. 1" of water on my property in 2016 after 33" of rain in 24hrs. Water gone in 2 hrs.
You'll have to have a survey to mark your elevation for the finished floor of the home. It will be 1ft above base flood elevation. The surveyor will usually handle the Loma paperwork after you build and then you won't have to pay crazy high flood insurance. FEMA determines the flood zone map. I'm not sure if you can get the A changed to the zone x
