Although San Francisco is home to America’s most popular e-cigarette brand, city officials are signaling that they want nothing to do with Juul.

The city voted Tuesday to ban sales of e-cigarettes, making it illegal to sell nicotine vaporizer products in stores or for online retailers to ship the goods to San Francisco addresses. The ban will be the first of its kind to go into effect in the U.S.

The ordinance will now go to the mayor to sign into law. Cigarettes and other tobacco products will remain legal in the city, along with recreational marijuana.

Vapers are the most annoying people in the world. Half the time whatever fruity scent they're inhaling smells worst than cigarettes.

That the ignore the real issues with the city doesn't even surprise me.

They can't interfere with legal product being shipping via legal methods if transport, and most certainly can't interfere with interstate commerce.

I’ve been waiting years for the liberals we saw in the 1960s to show up and defend personal liberties.

Sadly, our current batch is into censorship of views they don’t like.

They can. Just like I can’t have wine shipped to Alabama. It’s legal but the municipality or state can control what is legal to be shipped.

Most of the classical liberals either protest voted 3rd party, stayed the frick home, or in some extreme cases voted for Trump.

Classical liberals are a big reason that Trump is in office. We just didn't fricking like Hillary that much.

The DNC has become the answer to a question that nobody fricking asked.
