Beggars have been around since before the time of Jesus. Regardless of the government programs or NGOs which absorb hundreds of millions of dollars in “donations” never really seem to put a dent in the problem. Homelessness is at an all time high, beggars and panhandlers are ubiquitous in the big cities.
What are we really teaching our fellow man? And where the hell is all that money really going?
