Was a big story here when it happened. I'm disgusted by it. Every big city is basically like that. Motherfrickers who should be in prison, walking around and harming the innocent. Piece of shits who have multiple felonies and only received a slap on the wrist each time. They only get legit punishment when they finally murder someone. And even then, some still get a slap on the fricking wrist.
