Buying Chinese-made planes is a good way to crash your company.

Not surprised one bit that RyanAir would push this idea.
They are known for doing shite to spur attention such as trying to change their flights to use pay toilets instead of having that as free for passengers.
They talk a lot of shite they don’t necessarily go through with.

Oh no! They should take a lesson from the Turks.
Turkish Airlines uses aircraft primarily manufactured by Boeing and Airbus. Their fleet includes various models from both manufacturers, including the Boeing 737, 787, and 777, as well as the Airbus A320, A330, and A350.

I thought we were going to be respected and feared across the world?
The whole Danish Parliament had a laughing attack at Vance in Greenland
Trumps a joke you don't get

A low cost carrier flying Temu planes. Sign me up

Ryanair has almost 600 Boeing aircraft. Almost their entire fleet is Boeing. No way in hell is this ultra low cost carrier going to flip their fleet. Maintenance costs would sky rocket and they would no longer be able to survive as an ultra low cost carrier.

Factor in their having to carry parts with having to store them on sites and it makes it very unrealistic. Couple that with the fact of the training required for maintenance. OK, you do that.

COMAC?
Good luck with that buddy.

I thought we had tariffs on foreign goods coming into the US....not US goods leaving. And if UK puts tariffs on US goods, that is a UK issue.
