Good for the singer. Russia is an amazing country with a rich history filled with many wonderful people. Sadly too many are either stupid or lazy and conflate "Soviets" with "Russians" because they're told to and are unable to think for themselves.

Funny you. I’m a former evengelical > Catholic convert. I’ve been in hundreds of those “worship services.” I can smell them a mile away. This not that. No pretending this is the “Holy Spirit.” It’s just patriotism and great music that moves people. Kind of like a Trump rally.

Russia is gonna take a long time getting over cultural diseases caused by communism. The rich people in the USSR were the government officials. They were stealing from 'the working man'. That culture of political corruption still exists in the former Soviet states. Zelensky is not atypical.
