Russian Sailors Sunbathe on Destroyer / Nearly Collides with US Cruiser

I guess the Russians no longer respect the US with a weak President like... OBam....... Bone Spurs in office? 
The Russian Destroyer came within 50- 100 feet of the USS Chancellorsville forcing it to " excecute all engines back full to avoid a collision".
The US has filed a formal complaint & released the following video of Russians sunbathing on deck without a care as they manuever toward the US Cruiser.

I'm just surprised that there are no threads talking about Russian lack of respect for our President as I've seen in other Administrations.

Honestly it looks like the Russian ship had the right of way. It’s close and I’d like to see both courses but from the video, the Russian ship had the ROW

It certainly is disrespectful. The difference is I don't expect to see our POTUS kissing any foreign dignitaries' asses as I've seen in other administrations.

The overtaking Russian vessel does not have the right of way. Nor should it close the broadside distance between them while overtaking.

That was common practice during the "Cold War". While on a submarine in the 60's, it was common to have a Soviet Trawler, (Communications ship) tracking and cutting across the bow, of the sub, while we were on sea trials, prior to each patrol. The Captain received permission to ram the Trawler if necessary. After another encounter the Trawler began to keep more distance between us.

" It was the second close brush between Russian & US forces this week. On Tuesday( 4th) , the Navy's 6th fleet said a Russian SU- 35 fighter flew directly in front of a US Navy P-8A Poseidon over the Eastern Mediterranean. Russians were " irresponsible & "put our pilots at risk". The Poseidon crew reported wake turbulence following the interaction.
Fortunately our more professional military doesn't think playing chicken with people's lives & millions of dollars of equipment is amusing like the Russians.
