I seriously doubt Jill Biden is making any decisions. This would just be cover for the Dems who have been using Obama and his gang to pull the strings. Mayorkas has ties to Obama. His strings aren't being pulled by Jill Biden, for instance.

I just feel Obama is the one behind biden as President & Jill is running the WH, enjoying all the perks. Staffers have been complaining that she has total control over his daily activities . At his rally in N.Carolina yesterday she was the first speaker & she was bouncing all over the stage & yelling the audience's chants louder than anyone. She was obviously enjoying the spot light & spoke almost, if not longer, longer than biden did. But his ultra progressive policies? No, that's Obama. Before he left office, he stuffed the staffs of most of the Federal agencies, especially the State Dept., with lower level "bots" who have by now worked their way up into administrative positions. Who are now making policy.

There's a LOT of smoke, and that's all it is at this point, about her and her being the one pushing Joe to stay in and her ambitions.
